I purchased this as a basic grinder for espresso. It did not do a great job and now use it as a back up for French press.

When I say I asked a million questions, I almost did! Multiple emails, online chats, you name it. I was irritated with myself asking so many questions but everyone at Majesty was kind, professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Due to the ice storm in Tennessee, our equipment has not been installed yet but I just had to come on and say how much I appreciate all the assistance I received with my million questions. :)
