After your order is placed, you will receive immediate email confirmation and a 4 digit order number.

This means we have received your order and are preparing it to ship.

Your order confirmation email will also contain a unique link to your order page. This will display your shipping information, billing information, and order summary.

Most items typically ship within 1 business day.

If you are on a tight deadline, please contact us so we can rush processing and get you your item on time!

After your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number, tracking link, and delivery instructions.

Tracking information will also be available on your order page. 

Please note for items that ship freight, such as commercial espresso machines, a tracking link will be provided to view shipment progress on the freight carrier's website.
