With a neat over-counter water font and hidden boiler stowed away safely under the counter, the UC3 and UC8 integrate seamlessly into high-end coffee shop, artisan tea shop, bar, and restaurant atmospheres.
These under-counter models are designed to take up next to no counter space, which many busy cafes with multiple pieces of equipment in continuous use require. You have your choice of three programmable hot water profiles for a diversity of beverage preparations. If your business offers a variety of tea selections, the UC3 and UC8 will allow you to create a custom setting for three different varietals so that each is prepared at the optimal temperature.
Beyond teas, the UC3 and UC8 can also be programmed for coffee and non-caffeinated beverages. Mix and match temperature and volume settings for Americanos, hot cocoa, and tea.

How it Works
On the boiler, there are three buttons located under the digital display. To initiate the simple process of setting the temperature and volume, press the three buttons at the same time.
The far left button is the select button while the other buttons are used to increase and decrease temperatures and volumes. After entering your settings, press the select button to save. Now you’re ready to brew.
You will find the buttons to dispense hot water per your hot water profiles on top of the font. If you purchase the UC3 or UC8 MIX Boiler with a three-button font, you will find three buttons with three individual profiles on the font.
To pour hot water, place your cup, teapot, or container under the font, press the button, and wait for the font to automatically deliver the perfect amount of hot water.
There are two sizes that this MIX Boiler comes in. The MIX UC3 produces a 0.8-gallon instant hot water draw-off, and the MIX UC8 generates a 2.1-gallon instant hot water draw-off.

This is my second breville grind and brew coffee maker. The first one I had for only 4 years and the grinder started acting up. Not long enough for the price however it's the best coffee maker I've ever owned
What a powerful and easy to use espresso machine that doesn't take up too much space. We are a restaurant and didn't need a 10-20K machine, but sell quite a few espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and espresso martinis. The larger boiler and consistent water temp and programmable settings make it so easy to crank out shot after shot. Majesty Coffee had a great price and delivered it very fast in a well packed transportation box. Only negative is minor but lack of detail in manual from La Spaziale made it a tad difficult to set up. Majesty Coffee had more details to get me through install and setup. It also sits on the bar failry close to customers, but it is attractive and quiet. If you want, you can even covert group heads to handle ESE pods which saves even more on speed and cleanup but makes an outstanding shot of espresso.
This is the best grinder I have ever had! I strongly suggest getting the Grind By Weight; it makes a huge difference in getting consistently fantastic espresso shots. Great company, very helpful and quick to respond.
I've had several grind and brew coffee makers. This Breville had all the features I was looking for and more. The top burr grinder is a must and it is adjustable as well. The cup and strength settings are very helpful. This coffee maker is easy to keep clean as compared to others. It only took a couple pots to dial in the brew and grind settings to my satisfaction. This machine makes a great cup of coffee. I am very happy with my purchase from Majesty coffee.

I'm a long time La Pavoni fan, and decided to finally upgrade from my pre-2000 Europiccola (which is still working, but needs a little cleanup and overhaul after making an estimated 25,000 shots). Happy to say that the new machine is nearly identical to the old classic, with a few minor upgrades to the group head, filter, and handle (slightly larger diameter, and a little easier to engage than the old design). In an era when so many things are overly automated and cheaply made, it's nice to see that La Pavoni has continued to produce this classic and robust machine. Furthermore, it was easy to order from Majesty Coffee's website. I'm on the west coast, and it arrived within 4 or 5 days, as scheduled, and well packaged.
