if you plan on using a funnel on your portfilter forget this machine. Also customer support needs an upgrade! Tony is a nice guy but tech support is not supportive. I wonder if they even took the trouble to understand my issue? THEY DID NOT
I'm very happy with the performance of the Puqpress. For me, I feel it has improved the consistency of my puck prep and has eliminated all channeling problems. The service and responsiveness I received from Majesty Coffee was exceptional. I chose expedited shipping and the product arrived very quickly, impeccably packed.
After a week of experimenting with different beans and type of coffee, I think that I finally obtained the correct setting of grinding and dosage. Still some ups and downs on the weight after each usage but we will get there.
I have had 4 of these machines. They are VERY labor-intensive but make the best homemade coffee I have ever had. The machines do not hold up but we do make many pots a day so maybe 1000 pots, then they die. But I keep buying them and that should tell you what i think!
I got the machine and it looked great! But it didn’t come with a Manuel or guide at all. So I just decided it wasn’t for me I personally like tamping my espresso anyway
I found this puq tamper at the lowest price out of any website. I was skeptical and never heard ot the company, but i ordered anyways. I got an email saying the 58mm was sold out (apparently this company does this often since they scorce it. They had the 58.3 in stock and said it was a better fit. I went ahead with it and got it within 4 days. It works excellent and so glad i got the 58.3. Highly reccomend purchasing here.
My previous espresso machine was the Breville Barista Express, which was fine for what it was, but I wanted to step it up, and this was the one I've been eyeing for awhile. It has lived up to my expectations. It is such a beautiful machine, and it's such a pleasure to use. Love the stainless steel finish and the walnut handles. Everything has a good quality feel. The main draw for me though was the flow control paddle, which I've been enjoying tinkering with. Turning this on is the first thing I do each morning. This was a big jump for me, but after a month of using it, I have zero regrets with jumping on this one.
This is my 4th Breville Grind Control and my frist from Majesty. They have excellent customer service and communication. There was a slight shipping delay, but absolutely worh the wait. The price was the lowest I could find. I will be ordering from them again.

This is our third Breville grinder, the others wore out, but our first purchase from Majestic Coffee. They shipped within 24 hours of the order. It arrived within two days and in good order. Very well packaged. I’ll be purchasing from them again.
First time using but good so far. Need to adjust coffe strength to water ratio since I dont brew a full pot

Unfortunately I just received my grinder yesterday after being lost from carrier. When I opened the box the part that holds the beans is scratched I don’t think it affects how it works however I would like it to look brand new not used. Is there a replacement for that part? I do have pictures I can send. It was finally delivered on 8-15-25.

This machine is built so well in the past five years. The only thing I've had to do is clean it every 100 cups and let me tell you that's a simplest thing to do is to clean this machine. I have had to take the spout off the steamer as well because it was clogged due to our city water. I must say that this espresso machine gets so many compliments from other people because it looks so clean. The PDI is hidden underneath the tray which I actually enjoy and it takes 20 minutes for this machine to warm up to make a cup. Coffee has not tasted better. Some of my other friends went with lower models and they have had problems with theirs from different manufacturers. Highly recommend anything from rocket and I can see myself having this one for years to come because they are so easy to fix when you open up the shell of the machine. I watched a video from the manufacturer and they are just simple parts if something should ever fail. Again, five years still going strong is remarkable to me being from the United States.
majesty helped me solve a shipping issue to get some alternate parts instead of face a months delay for receipt. additionally unit arrived in great condition and has been delivering consistent shots since.

Not good, used only for 2 days and on the third, the circuit board is fried so there are no functions working.
Directions are extensive but not as difficult to set up as it might seem. Coffee choices are great and milk container works well. Love, love the taste of the coffee drinks.
This is our second Nuova Simonelli Oscar. The first one lasted 12 years. We love our new Oscar. No problem steaming the milk and the shots are very nice. Hoping this one lasts like our first one. Awesome machine!!
The machine works great. Pulls beautiful shots of espresso. I’m still breaking her in. The porta filters are a little stiff and difficult to deal with so I’m using the ones from my old Astoria. The older ones aren’t as drippy as the newer ones.
