Love Majesty Coffee — they helped me secure my Rocket R9 One that was out of stock and in high demand. They also worked with me on pricing to match competitor offerings and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
Good communication from company throughout the delivery process, product arrived undamaged and seems to be working well so far!
Super easy to use as a first time buyer for a grinder and love the programmability of it.
It’s a cool gadget, don’t get me wrong, but at almost $500 for a device that just spins around it is very, VERY overpriced. You’re better off using that money to buy a manual or even semi-manual WDT tool and using the savings to putting it toward a better grinder or espresso machine.
Bought my only La Pavoni in the early 1980's when my employer transferred me to Brussels. After many years the sheet metal base rusted. I fabricated a new base with aluminum profiles and a few bolts. Then the backlight switch failed and I replaced it with two switches and two indicating lights. Thank you Radio Shack. Everything still works. I would like to add a pressure gage now that I have lots of spare time. Any hints???
