When I say I asked a million questions, I almost did! Multiple emails, online chats, you name it. I was irritated with myself asking so many questions but everyone at Majesty was kind, professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Due to the ice storm in Tennessee, our equipment has not been installed yet but I just had to come on and say how much I appreciate all the assistance I received with my million questions. :)
I was excited to receive my grinder x54 mahlkonig but was unhappy to know that it wasnt the portafilters size .I bought a new expresso machine with a 53 mm portafilter and the grinder portafilter was 58 unhappy
Now I need to return it and have to wait for a nother week
We have this 1-group coffee machine for our small cafe. I like its small footprint, 110V power supply requirement, and its general ease of use. I discovered it has a self cleaning routine that makes it really to do while you're closing other things down. Also, having each of the buttons programmable and volumetric instead of some timer is really nice. I have the auto-steam wand and am happy with it, as I wanted teen workers to be able to produce the same product I do every time.
For what I need it is perfect: low-medium volume, built in water/drainage (which Majesty offered free professional install for) and easy to use / clean yourself even as a novice.
Perfect solution to eliminating those terrible plastic K-cups! I can now brew a whole pot or just a single cup using my own favorite organic coffee beans. I will be able to get rid of my Nespresso and Keurig machines for good. Pricing and shipping on Majesty Coffee's website was cheaper than all others too.
