The Quick Mill Vetrano 2B Evo is well suited for the home espresso machine user who is a traditionalist who loves the features of a modern home machine. Following the latest trends in espresso machines the Vetrano 2B Evo now has large stainless steel boilers adding even more longevity to your investment. You'd be hard pressed to find a machine that you'll want to upgrade to with the Vetrano 2B. DUAL BOILERS
In addition to your PID, dual boilers make temperature control between your coffee and steam nearly perfect. No need for cooling flushes or compromising espresso quality. Steam milk while you brew your espresso for ultimate efficiency and while you entertain allow the Vetrano 2B to ask you when you're making your next drink, stop waiting for your heat exchanger or single boiler to recover.
15 AMPS VS. 20 AMP
The Vetrano 2B can be run in 15 or 20 amps. During your selection process please select one of the two options, we will set your machine to whichever is your choice during the bench testing process.
HOW IT LOOKS
The Vetrano 2B boasts some of Quick Mill's most beautiful components. The deep blue dual monometer provides both a clean and exceptional look to the machine but gives you all of the information that you need about the pressure of each of your boilers. Just north of the dual monometer are the LED indicator lights next to your power switches for each boiler. The green indicator lights when the machine powers on is accompanied by two red heating indicator lights that let you know when the heating element for your brew or steam boiler has been activated. As we work our way around the machine the latest PID from Quick Mill is packed full of features and looks great with it's brushed aluminum faceplate and LED screen. Just like the monometer, the latest PID is just as functional as it is beautiful.

Fine upgrade for the home espresso maker.
We upgraded to the Mignon Libra from a Sette 270Wi. I am totally sold on weight integration to simplify our home espresso work flow. The Mignon Libra is worlds quieter that the Barratza machine, which is a HUGE benefit. In addition, the portafilter holder is far better. With the supplied grounds funnel the Libra holds the portafilter steady and does not spew stray ground coffee over the counter. Grind adjustability and stability is excellent. We hope to be using the grinder a very long time.

I used to be a barista and we used a commercial size La Pavoni at the shop I worked at. It produced beautiful shots. I decided to purchase this for my personal use at home because I was familiar with the brand. Like any new baristo/barista, you have to do your research on how to pull good shots. There is a lot of trial and error. That being said, most espresso snobs will tell you to avoid machines with built in grinders, but honestly, this machine and its grinder works great. I have had it for about 8 months now, and like the commenter below me, (Brad), I wasn't pulling good shots at first. When you are using a light roast, you need to grind EXTREMELY fine, and sometimes use less beans. In dark roasts, you have to go coarser. You generally want to pull a double shot in about 25-30 seconds. I have found the perfect "sweet" spot for my drinks and I am happy to say I have saved so much money making my own specialty drinks at home that taste a million times better than Starbucks.
If you are looking for a straightforward & easy to use machine, this is a great all in one.

This is not my first La Spaziale S1Mini. Have owned one for many years, and it's without fail the best machine I ever owned. I purchased this second on from Majesty Coffee recently. If you've ever owned a product from the 1970s or older, you know what it means to own something that is solidly built. The Super Jolly V Up is SOLID. It performs, and has my faith that it will continue to perform for the next decade. Its nice to look at, and instills trust that my business is covered when it comes to a solidly built, grinder that won't fail.
