The Mahlkonig Sync Scale connects your Grind-by-Sync grinder to any espresso machine. It weighs and times every shot, then sends the shot time through the Mahlkonig Cloud to your grinder, which adjusts its burr distance automatically to keep your recipe dialed in.

How the Sync System Works

The Sync System is Mahlkonig's connected platform for professional coffee preparation. Pair a Grind-by-Sync grinder with the Sync Scale in the Mahlkonig Sync App, and grind settings stay matched to your brewing parameters, so every shot is repeatable across baristas and locations with no manual adjustments. The system also collects data on equipment usage and coffee consumption and flags grinder maintenance before it becomes a problem.
