We have this 1-group coffee machine for our small cafe. I like its small footprint, 110V power supply requirement, and its general ease of use. I discovered it has a self cleaning routine that makes it really to do while you're closing other things down. Also, having each of the buttons programmable and volumetric instead of some timer is really nice. I have the auto-steam wand and am happy with it, as I wanted teen workers to be able to produce the same product I do every time.
For what I need it is perfect: low-medium volume, built in water/drainage (which Majesty offered free professional install for) and easy to use / clean yourself even as a novice.

I gave been wanting a RED Gene Cafe roaster for many years. I finally did it !! And I am very impressed with it. From the color, design, and ease of learning how to operate...it is incredible. I had been using K pods for several years due to convenience. Was finally ready to trade that for a good cup of coffee. I wanted a single serve for myself for daily use with option to make a carafe for guests. This maker was my best option. Freshly ground for a rich flavor every time I use it. Easy operation with plenty of customization. With easy and quick clean up I’m always ready for a fresh cup. This company’s customer service was great by applying a discount code post order when I forgot to apply the code when ordering. A quick, no hassle call was all it took.
Its powerful but it has suctions in the bottom and it still jumps and moves. Isnt 100% for individual bean dosage. Still working on getting to work well with it.
