Since we need the machine to be operational and do not have time to process a return, we are going to reattach it ourselves. We just wanted to inform you, for your records and in case this issue needs to be noted.
Aside from this, the rest of the machine is functioning correctly.

I gave been wanting a RED Gene Cafe roaster for many years. I finally did it !! And I am very impressed with it. From the color, design, and ease of learning how to operate...it is incredible. I am certainly not a pro and I think I have alot of learning about roasting in the future. I am up to experimenting with different roasting ideas I have researched online. The "being creative" aspect is very inviting. I also want to thank Majesty Coffee for helping me with this purchase. They kept me informed along the way. It was back ordered at the time, so there was a wait. But one worth enduring !!! What a cool way to start the new year with an fullfilling adventure.
