I always base the taste on a Capuchino I had in Scotland. One of the most wonderful and tasty coffees I have ever had. This machine is very close. Now I need to find the bean they use. It takes about 15 minutes for the boiler to come to temp. Once there everything is fast and perfect. Great pressure, easy to use and clean.
About the cleaning, what a difference. Clean as you go.

R Nine One is great! Easy control over profile. And temperature. Overall great usability. Weakest (and only weak?) link is touchscreen which could respond more quickly to touch. Nonetheless the touchscreen always does its job and allows adjustment of parameters to desired values.
