It is extremely important that you run the descaling, brew unit cleaning, and milk cleaning cycles on a regular basis, following the instructions in the attached manual. 

Super-automatic machines require consistent preventative maintenance, and for models like the Magic M2+ and Royal OTC, this specifically 

-Routine descaling using a proper descaling solution
-Brew unit cleaning using the appropriate cleaning tablets
-Milk system cleaning using a designated milk system cleaning solution
