Not only that, we’ll also give you advice on the best locations to use each model in.

Quick Summary:

  • The Eversys Enigma Traditional is generally larger, better suited to high volume environments with constant drink rotation. Several models allow multiple baristas to work on the same machine.
  • The Enigma Classic is capable of high volume productivity, but generally skews smaller and toward medium production.
  • We will cover all the submodels of the Enigma later in this guide.

Eversys Enigma Features (And What They’re Useful For)

The Eversys Enigma is part of the main line-up alongside the Cameo and Shotmaster. This line-up is further broken down into two types: the Enigma Classic and the Enigma Traditional.

The Eversys Enigma model offers an impressive slew of modern features and extra convenience. This superautomatic espresso machine line-up provides the following for your brewing pleasure:

The Handy eConnect System for Fast Updates

Your espresso machine should do more than make a nice cup of coffee. The Eversys Enigma line-up provides you the ability to record drink profiles and send a constant stream of technical issues to the manufacturer.

These features allow the business to continue refining their product to a razor’s edge. Likewise, you’ll get vital insight into your own productivity and how it can be improved down the line.

The eBarista Feature Puts All Workers on the Same Page

Whether your worker is a seasoned barista or just starting out, the Enigma is the great equalizer. The eBarista system ensures impeccable in cup quality by recording settings and allowing ongoing optimization.

The eClean Feature Speeds Up Maintenance

Espresso machines need to be cleaned regularly to keep them lasting long and producing great coffee. The Eversys Enigma provides an eClean feature that makes maintenance as simple as a button press.

Each machine is able to hold up to a month’s worth of easily dispensed cleaning tablets.

Smart Size For Several Business Settings

Are you worried your espresso machine won’t fit onto your counter? The Eversys Enigma is 56 centimeters wide, well-suited to smaller coffee bars and larger restaurants alike.

Easy, Breezy Touchpad

You don’t have to worry about long training hours for your new full-time baristas or part-time hotel workers. The Eversys Enigma is incredibly accessible, boasting an easy touchpad with clearly defined settings.

Eversys Enigma Classic vs Traditional (What’s the Difference?)

While the Eversys Enigma Classic and the Eversys Enigma Traditional have many of the same features, their main differences lie in size and productivity.

The Enigma Classic is smaller at 56 centimeters, while the Enigma Traditional is larger at 84 centimeters. As a result, the Enigma Classic is better suited to individual use and slightly smaller volumes of coffee. The Enigma Traditional is a beefier machine, allowing operation from two baristas at a time.

Not sure if you want the Classic or the Traditional? We’ll break down each individual model by its unique features.

Eversys Enigma Classic Submodel Breakdown

The majority of features in the Eversys line-up are extremely similar. No matter which machine you purchase, you’ll be enjoying state-of-the-art features and unparalleled efficiency.

Below is each Enigma Classic model defined by its primary differences.

E-barista Classic

Eversys Enigma Classic Superautomatic Espresso Machine

This was the very first machine Eversys produced for the Classic line-up.

E4ms/Classic

Similar to the E-Barista Classic, the E4ms/Classic is distinguished by its ability to produce tea and hot water at the same time. It also has an automatic heating and milk frothing module.

E4m

Eversys Enigma Classic Superautomatic Espresso Machine

The E4m is virtually the same as the E-barista Classic, with the exception of the Vitrifigo FG20 2 Gallon Standalone Fridge.

Wrap Up

The Eversys Enigma is an impressive display of modern technology. We’re impressed with both the Classic and Traditional models.

The Enigma Classic is a little on the smaller side, focused on slightly smaller productivity and individual use. The Enigma Traditional is larger and is better suited for ongoing, dual productivity.
