I've had several grind and brew coffee makers. This Breville had all the features I was looking for and more. The top burr grinder is a must and it is adjustable as well. The cup and strength settings are very helpful. This coffee maker is easy to keep clean as compared to others. It only took a couple pots to dial in the brew and grind settings to my satisfaction. This machine makes a great cup of coffee. I am very happy with my purchase from Majesty coffee.

I'm a long time La Pavoni fan, and decided to finally upgrade from my pre-2000 Europiccola (which is still working, but needs a little cleanup and overhaul after making an estimated 25,000 shots). Happy to say that the new machine is nearly identical to the old classic, with a few minor upgrades to the group head, filter, and handle (slightly larger diameter, and a little easier to engage than the old design). In an era when so many things are overly automated and cheaply made, it's nice to see that La Pavoni has continued to produce this classic and robust machine. Furthermore, it was easy to order from Majesty Coffee's website. I'm on the west coast, and it arrived within 4 or 5 days, as scheduled, and well packaged.
We purchased this espresso machine sooner than we had planned. It came quickly, was installed by some of the most professional people we have ever dealt with in this industry. I'm very happy with the performance of the Puqpress. For me, I feel it has improved the consistency of my puck prep and has eliminated all channeling problems. The service and responsiveness I received from Majesty Coffee was exceptional. I chose expedited shipping and the product arrived very quickly, impeccably packed.
You need to experiment but will get there eventually!
After a week of experimenting with different beans and type of coffee, I think that I finally obtained the correct setting of grinding and dosage. Still some ups and downs on the weight after each usage but we will get there.
I found this puq tamper at the lowest price out of any website. I was skeptical and never heard ot the company, but i ordered anyways. I got an email saying the 58mm was sold out (apparently this company does this often since they scorce it. They had the 58.3 in stock and said it was a better fit. I went ahead with it and got it within 4 days. It works excellent and so glad i got the 58.3. Highly reccomend purchasing here.
My previous espresso machine was the Breville Barista Express, which was fine for what it was, but I wanted to step it up, and this was the one I've been eyeing for awhile. It has lived up to my expectations. It is such a beautiful machine, and it's such a pleasure to use. Love the stainless steel finish and the walnut handles. Everything has a good quality feel. The main draw for me though was the flow control paddle, which I've been enjoying tinkering with. Turning this on is the first thing I do each morning. This was a big jump for me, but after a month of using it, I have zero regrets with jumping on this one.
This is my 4th Breville Grind Control and my frist from Majesty. They have excellent customer service and communication. There was a slight shipping delay, but absolutely worh the wait. The price was the lowest I could find. I will be ordering from them again.
This is our third Breville grinder, the others wore out, but our first purchase from Majestic Coffee. They shipped within 24 hours of the order. It arrived within two days and in good order. Very well packaged. I’ll be purchasing from them again.
Its simple to use and clean. It makes good coffee. BUT ... if you brew 8 or more cups the water infuses into the basket (regardless of paper or gold filter) and the ground splash over and get into the carafe.
