So far loving the PuqPress! Excellent pressure and consistency with many different baristas. Coffee is definitely smoother and not a lot of changes. Cleaning is pretty easy. Hopefully, this will continue as we've only been using it for 2 weeks!! Has helped my forearm tendinitis. Definitely worth the investment! Pleasantly surprised and happy that we made this decision to purchase.

Quick and easy with a little mess.
As advertised, it tamps consistently. Each tamping process is quicker and easier than manual tamping. I like the fact the process requires only one hand, as opposed to two in manual.
The only drawback is that the tamper surface gets dirty with the grind very quickly (because it does not 'twist" as in manual). After 3 or 4 tamps we have to clean it with a rug or a brush, leaving the coffee grind around the device.
Overall, we are happy with the purchase, and my overworked wrist with a tendonitis thanks a lot. I know it is an expensive investment, but loss of my hand will cost a lot more.

I wanted a single serve for myself for daily use with option to make a carafe for guests. This maker was my best option. Freshly ground for a rich flavor every time I use it. Easy operation with plenty of customization. With easy and quick clean up I’m always ready for a fresh cup. This company’s customer service was great by applying a discount code post order when I forgot to apply the code when ordering. A quick, no hassle call was all it took.
This is my second breville grind and brew coffee maker. The first one I had for only 4 years and the grinder started acting up. Not long enough for the price however it's the best coffee maker I've ever owned
What a powerful and easy to use espresso machine that doesn't take up too much space. We are a restaurant and didn't need a 10-20K machine, but sell quite a few espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and espresso martinis. The larger boiler and consistent water temp and programmable settings make it so easy to crank out shot after shot. Majesty Coffee had a great price and delivered it very fast in a well packed transportation box. Only negative is minor but lack of detail in manual from La Spaziale made it a tad difficult to set up. Majesty Coffee had more details to get me through install and setup. It also sits on the bar failry close to customers, but it is attractive and quiet. If you want, you can even covert group heads to handle ESE pods which saves even more on speed and cleanup but makes an outstanding shot of espresso.
This is the best grinder I have ever had! I strongly suggest getting the Grind By Weight; it makes a huge difference in getting consistently fantastic espresso shots. Great company, very helpful and quick to respond.
I've had several grind and brew coffee makers. This Breville had all the features I was looking for and more. The top burr grinder is a must and it is adjustable as well. The cup and strength settings are very helpful. This coffee maker is easy to keep clean as compared to others. It only took a couple pots to dial in the brew and grind settings to my satisfaction. This machine makes a great cup of coffee. I am very happy with my purchase from Majesty coffee.

Machine received - internal left side issue
We have received the machine. Upon inspection, we noticed that the internal left side panel arrived detached.
Since we need the machine to be operational and do not have time to process a return, we are going to reattach it ourselves. We just wanted to inform you, for your records and in case this issue needs to be noted.
Aside from this, the rest of the machine is functioning correctly.
