I always base the taste on a Capuchino I had in Scotland. One of the most wonderful and tasty coffees I have ever had. This machine is very close. Now I need to find the bean they use. It takes about 15 minutes for the boiler to come to temp. Once there everything is fast and perfect. Great pressure, easy to use and clean.
About the cleaning, what a difference. Clean as you go.
