Due to the ice storm in Tennessee, our equipment has not been installed yet but I just had to come on and say how much I appreciate all the assistance I received with my million questions. :)
We have this 1-group coffee machine for our small cafe. I like its small footprint, 110V power supply requirement, and its general ease of use. I discovered it has a self cleaning routine that makes it really to do while you're closing other things down. Also, having each of the buttons programmable and volumetric instead of some timer is really nice. I have the auto-steam wand and am happy with it, as I wanted teen workers to be able to produce the same product I do every time.
For what I need it is perfect: low-medium volume, built in water/drainage (which Majesty offered free professional install for) and easy to use / clean yourself even as a novice.
