Description and Overview
Description
The fully automated Marco Jet Filter Coffee Brewer leverages advanced technology to create a precision instrument for high-volume coffee service. Intuitively designed with easy programmability, this brewer delivers unprecedented control to the user for managing every aspect of the brew process. Coffee will be brewed to exact specifications as this machine is designed to provide accurate measurements and brew a whopping 6 liters of coffee into the vacuum-insulated portable urns. Working in tandem with the Jet Coffee Grinder, the Jet Filter Coffee Brewer gives coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, offices, and catering companies greater control of the quality of their coffee in a fast, incredibly user-friendly system. Achieving a unique futuristic look, this brewer will also enhance the aesthetic value of any environment—the complete package.
How it Works
To operate the Jet Filter Coffee Brewer, the user programs and selects brew recipes through the digital display. Simply set the final volume, brew time, and dilution parameters. Setting the dilution function will allow you to program a certain amount of hot water delivery to the urn before brewing to tweak the coffee strength if desired. Dilution can be set to zero if you want to skip this parameter.
Temperature regulation is guaranteed via the brewer’s continuous movement of water throughout the system. Water flows at a constant rate from the circulation chamber on top of the brewer to the tank that sits at the bottom of the brewer underneath the urn. As a result, when the valve opens, the water distributed over the coffee is at the optimal temperature, ensuring consistency in your product.
Combining the Jet Coffee Grinder with the Jet Filter Coffee Brewer creates a powerfully automated system similar to a superautomatic espresso machine. Attaching to the back of the brewer, the grinder is incorporated into the overall brew process and will grind the correct amount of coffee once you’ve entered your brew selection into the Jet. This way, steps are reduced, efficiency is improved, and consistency is elevated as the two machines work intelligently together.
*Note that the Jet Coffee Grinder will not operate independently of the Jet Filter Coffee Brewer.
Urns or grinder not included, but user can opt to use a different urn so long as it will fit in the machine,
Features and Functionality
Pre-set recipe and volume options for morning, afternoon and evening: There are three different programmable recipes in the Jet Filter Coffee Brewer so that you can easily select the appropriate recipes as you switch to different coffee varietals and roasts throughout the day.
Variable batch volumes: The user determines the brew size, providing flexibility for different environments and customer traffic rates that vary during business hours.
Basket safety lock during brewing: The brew basket will be locked in place while the machine is active. This prevents injury that could result from removing the basket before the hot water dispensing cycle is complete in brewers without this safety mechanism.
Operator friendly and easy-to-use: Programmability is made simple with an intuitive touchscreen and directions that are easy to follow. Serving a crowd is easier than ever.
Vacuum insulated urn: This feature increases energy efficiency and temperature control to keep the coffee hotter for longer stretches of time.
If you've ever owned a product from the 1970s or older, you know what it means to own something that is solidly built. The Super Jolly V Up is SOLID. It performs, and has my faith that it will continue to perform for the next decade. Its nice to look at, and instills trust that my business is covered when it comes to a solidly built, grinder that won't fail. Plus, with a name like Super Jolly.... how can you not want this grinder!
Once I had the crane lift it into place things went smoothly. Caution: this grinder is very heavy. Other than that - it's pretty much perfect. No clumps, no mess, no hands. Weight is determined by grinding time; single, double, and manual settings. Build quality is next level. Powerful, quiet, fast, and heavy.
I went from a Breville Barista Express to this dual boiler beauty and couldn't be happier with this purchase. Cost a pretty penny, but every espresso made makes me reassured about my purchase. Shipping took a few days longer than normal, but assumed that was due to the open box.
Steams milk incredibly quick, and my lattes taste even better! Hope this is my last espresso machine purchase since I don't think my wallet can take another hit like this.
I've had my Quick Mill Silvano machine for 3 years now. I purchased it after 2 Breville consumer machines crapped out after 2 years... one stopped making steam, the other leaked. And neither made great tasting coffee or substantial crema. So I took the plunge and purchased this machine and I'm so happy I did. What I love about it: the PID display of boiler temp and brew time. The simplicity of the controls. The fact that I can froth at the same time as pulling shots. The quality of the parts and longevity of the machine. The ease of cleaning. Finally, and most importantly, the great taste of the espresso I get every morning from the Silvano.
This is my first espresso machine. It came promptly as ordered, and it looks great. So far I am having some issues with how long it takes to produce the espresso, and I understand that the grind size, amount of grind, and how tightly it is tamped can affect how the machine performs. I have tried various combinations of grind size, amount, etc., and I find the machine takes 5 minutes to produce a shot, and that the espresso comes out in drops, not as a stream. This may be due to my inexperience in using the machine, but until I get feedback from Majesty coffee, I can only rate the machine 3 stars.
