HIGHLIGHTS
The PL162T Bianca from Lelit is their newest luxury dual boiler espresso machine for commercial use. After over two years of studying with a well-known espresso academy in Italy, many baristas and professionals, the Lelit Bianca espresso machine was built from the ground up and designed for flow control through the brew pressure paddle. There are many secrets learned from the two years. In fact, one of those secrets from the espresso academy was the precise range of flow to create the best espresso.

FEATURES
With the Bianca, Lelit continues to outdo themselves and now leads the industry with the widest range of prosumer espresso machines. Although the Lelit Bianca can be a beginner dual boiler espresso machine, it packs some of the best technology that will make any barista jump for joy. In other words, the Bianca has really disrupted the worldwide prosumer espresso machine market. This is all thanks to its manual brew pressure via flow control as well as its external reservoir! In fact, the needle for the flow control is made of stainless steel and the gicleur is made of brass. This prevents galling between same metals under intense heat. Not only does the machine include a PID controlled dual boiler, for those who are looking to experiment with pressure profiling/flow control seeking the Holy Grail; but, sitting on top of the legendary E61 group head is a wooden paddle that allows the user to manually adjust the brew pressure (control the flow of water) as the espresso shot is extracting! All under 16″ height! No need to pre-program it with fingers-crossed that your flavor profile will be to your liking. You have the control, right at your fingertips with a brew pressure readout at the group! And, the wooden paddle diffuses the high intense heat emanating from a super hot E61 group head. Thoughtful design by Lelit!
Clean design inside and out. Nice curves make Bianca look super edgy. Unlike other machines with multiple body panels, the Bianca affords one easy wraparound body panel to gain inside access. Inside, all wiring and layout are superbly placed for performance and easy repair. Even 2 bottom port holes for access to both heating elements in the powerful boilers.
The Lelit Bianca Dual Boiler Espresso Machine is beautiful in design and proves to be awesome in what she produces in the cup!
Light roast, no problem!
City roast, no problem!
Dark roast, definitely not a problem!
The paddle on top of the group head allows on the fly brew pressure profiling while you are watching the extraction and brew pressure gauge.
With dark roasts, you can smooth out the flavor of a spring piston lever machine that starts off with high brew pressure, then diminishes throughout the shot. With city and full city roasts, use a low-pressure profile to extract pure sweetness. Moreover, on light roasts, experiment with any of your imaginary brew pressure profiles to find the best flavor in the cup! On June 4th, 2019, a customer said the “Bianca makes stupid good coffee!” It is so true, with a good grinder, the espresso that comes out is amazing!
Another innovative design component is the external AND movable reservoir, that does not heat when the machine operates for hours like other machines do. Furthermore, the Bianca has a water reservoir that can re-position on either side of the machine to suit your needs and your counter-top. Don’t want a tank? No worries! The Bianca is directly plumb-able too, (even the drip tray is drainable!) All of these features are in a stainless steel body, with accents by wooden handles, feet, and lever.
THE LELIT BIANCA WAS SELECTED AS ONE OF THE TOP 12 MOST INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS AT THE 2019 FLORIDA RESTAURANT & LODGING SHOW
Furthermore, this was against not only espresso machines, but also various food and drink recipes and equipment as well! Thanks to the Bianca’s game-changing manual brew pressure profiling, the espresso came out as perfect as it can get!

This machine has been a joy to own and use. Majesty Coffee was great to work with and I would definitely continue to buy from them.

Best Value Machine on the Market
Yes, $3,000 is a lot of money. However, when you decide to enter this high level espresso machine category (DB, PID, flow control, excellent steam power, etc.), you will quickly find that the Lelit Bianca V3 is a bargain.
Moving up from a Gaggia Classic, I was concerned that I was over-buying and paying for a lot of features I would never use. Wrong! Initially, I left everything at factory settings and did not touch the flow control. A few weeks and tons of perfect shots later, I'm experimenting with shot profiles, Turbo shots... you name it.
I'm getting great shots and only wish I had saved the money from the earlier machines and gone straight to the Bianca. It's that good.
Downsides: None that I can see.
You will love this machine.

LELIT Bianca V3 Dual Boiler
Very Pricey! And not in a good way. So get past that first. We have a LaPavoni lever machine and we wanted more options and precision from our next machine. And it is definitely that. Steam/Frothing better than ever, and that’s without the water line hooked up. Loved the side mount ability for water. Practice practice practice to get the grind right AND the bars on the pull to hit 9 or 10. Very hit and miss when starting out, mostly miss lol for now. But, the quality of the pull even now is considerably better, way better than the LaPavoni. Bottom line, love it. If you can get past the price point and you can dial it in, you’ll love it. Now for the cons. First, the display menu is small and using it blows. If you have to keep going thru it you will not be happy. Second, it keeps just displaying the coffee boiler and doesn’t alternate the steam boiler. That blows. Lastly the other two gages on the right are just not in a clear line of sight. So you end up not looking at them. That’s it honestly for cons, everything else is beautiful.

If you've ever owned a product from the 1970s or older, you know what it means to own something that is solidly built. The Super Jolly V Up is SOLID. It performs, and has my faith that it will continue to perform for the next decade. Its nice to look at, and instills trust that my business is covered when it comes to a solidly built, grinder that won't fail. Plus, with a name like Super Jolly.... how can you not want this grinder!
Once I had the crane lift it into place things went smoothly. Caution: this grinder is very heavy. Other than that - it's pretty much perfect. No clumps, no mess, no hands. Weight is determined by grinding time; single, double, and manual settings. Build quality is next level. Powerful, quiet, fast, and heavy.
I went from a Breville Barista Express to this dual boiler beauty and couldn't be happier with this purchase. Cost a pretty penny, but every espresso made makes me reassured about my purchase. Shipping took a few days longer than normal, but assumed that was due to the open box.
Steams milk incredibly quick, and my lattes taste even better! Hope this is my last espresso machine purchase since I don't think my wallet can take another hit like this.
I've had my Quick Mill Silvano machine for 3 years now. I purchased it after 2 Breville consumer machines crapped out after 2 years... one stopped making steam, the other leaked. And neither made great tasting coffee or substantial crema. So I took the plunge and purchased this machine and I'm so happy I did. What I love about it: the PID display of boiler temp and brew time. The simplicity of the controls. The fact that I can froth at the same time as pulling shots. The quality of the parts and longevity of the machine. The ease of cleaning. Finally, and most importantly, the great taste of the espresso I get every morning from the Silvano.
This is my first espresso machine. It came promptly as ordered, and it looks great. So far I am having some issues with how long it takes to produce the espresso, and I understand that the grind size, amount of grind, and how tightly it is tamped can affect how the machine performs. I have tried various combinations of grind size, amount, etc., and I find the machine takes 5 minutes to produce a shot, and that the espresso comes out in drops, not as a stream. This may be due to my inexperience in using the machine, but until I get feedback from Majesty coffee, I can only rate the machine 3 stars.
