As a Majesty Coffee customer, we guarantee your product will be:

1. In Brand New Condition (Unless Otherwise Specified).

2. Built to be of the highest quality possible to minimize risk of defects.

3. Packed to prevent damage.

All of our items come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please see your items specific product page for full parts & labor warranty details.

What if my product is damaged?

  • While shipping damage to products is extremely rare, we make handling damaged items simple.

  • We request you inspect your items packaging upon receipt. If there is visible damage and you are requested to sign off an item, please note this damage when signing.

  • Please inspect the contents of your package immediately after receipt. If you notice any damage or defects, please send photos to hello@majestycoffee.com and we will process an immediate replacement or refund (usually within 1 business day).
