Great addition to the cafe

This little device has been wonderful. I love what it does, with so many variables in making quality espresso it has been nice to have a constant. It also speeds up work flow and is good for wear and tear on baristas. This also makes training new baristas easy and helps them start making great espresso right away. If you are on the fence or some kind of purist get over it and start making lives easier. I had my doubts but am very glad I went ahead and added this to my life.
