Notes:
Note: This espresso machine is not approved for commercial use, and it does not have on-demand steam to quickly produce steamed/frothed milk quickly that is needed in a commercial environment
Warning: Before plugging the machine's electrical cord into the electrical outlet, please make sure the lightning labeled power switch is in the off green position. Fill the top water reservoir before powering on the machine via the power switch. It is important to depress and hold the coffee switch on the left side of the machine immediately after powering up the first time until a good flow of water comes out.
Warning: After steaming each cup of milk, depress the steam switch off, and run water through the wand by depressing the coffee switch. Depress the coffee switch off when a steady stream of water exits the steam wand. This fills the internal boiler with water, and failure to refill the boiler can damage the machine.
For home use only. Only assembly required is to attach the eagle to the top using screw, washer and extender. Eagle may vary from the picture due to variations from the mold and the results of hand plating and painting.
The exterior color will change over time as the machine ages. This is natural and not considered a manufacturer's defect that is covered by the warranty.
Cup holding tray under dome fits demitasse cups only. Any heat from the machine is due to passive thermal transfer that is the result of the operation of the heating elements and not enough to properly warm up cups.
Don't like the color? It is possible to use paint remover to remove the varnish from the copper and brass elements.
Elektra cups are not included.
The machine is not a heat exchanger and not suitable for catering.

My husband knows and likes coffee. He doesn’t only make the best espresso but he will also will tell you where the coffee was was grown just by tasting it. He makes the coffee old school like it should be made, not from pods and just press a button. Therefore on his birthday we surprised him with this Elektra verticale and so far loves it more than the Elektra Micro Casa which he had for the last 10 years
The crema is a bit thicker on this and also The coffee has more smoothness to it. We’re only using illy coffee so we can see a difference.

Powerful, consistent and beautiful machine!
It took me a little to work through all the settings to get it dialed in the way I want, but I really love the machine. Very powerful/fast steam, and consistent espresso shots - like a professional machine. Like previous response, it would be nice if they could put the group cleaning function at top of menu, but I imagine when enough folks complain there will be a software update to accommodate this. Oh, and it looks beautiful, too!
We purchased this machine in 2019 for home use and it’s been great, we’ve had no problems with it, saves me from packing up my kids and driving into town to purchase coffee which I was doing 2x a day before. This machine is a life saver especially with covid ruining everything. I don’t know what I’d do w/o this machine looking back. My husband makes his 6shot espresso to take to work every am and I make two 6shot espressos a day then he makes another one or two 4 shot espressos when he get home from work. Perfect machine for our needs.
Coming from an entry-level machine, the Bianca V2 is a revelation. Everything about it is luxurious, beautiful, and well built. Espresso tastes amazing and is a joy to produce. Flow profiling works very well and is completely intuitive. Steam was my biggest gripe on my former machine and there is zero issue in this area with the Bianca: the arm is cool to the touch, glides around at any angle, and produces steam reminiscent of a rocket engine. Silky textured milk is easy to make with so much power at your disposal. The one downside I've had so far is that setup was not intuitive and the help guide was both hidden at the back or the manual and filled with unhelpful pictograms. Assembly is logical but I wanted to be careful and meticulous on such a beautiful machine so it took about twice as long as I expected. The machine is also very heavy, which is good for thermal stability, but means that you need a helper for the initial assembly.
I wanted the stainless-steel panels for the Prima E1 and placed the order back in February. It took a little while, but I received the Prima E1 on May 3rd. Throughout the shipment from Italy to the US arrival, I received prompt updates from Majestic Coffee on the approximate delivery date. I fell in awe upon receiving the Prima E1 with all stainless-steel panels. The beautiful machine was perfectly packaged and delivered in a white glove style. I recommend Majestic Coffee for its professionalism and flow of information.
This may be looked at by some as a little overkill for a hobby and not quite good enough for a small cafe, but for me (hobby) it was the next best and last upgrade. I love it. Very nice evenly roasted batches and the 1/2 pound per roast really add so much value for me. I have tried different beans with different roasts and each one comes out perfect.
We're still working out all of the parameters to pull a perfect shot, but this thing is already making some of the best-tasting espresso I've ever had. Believe the hype! I also love the (mechanical) simplicity of it. It will definitely last a lifetime.
